You have two options to order your 2011-12 DVHS Yearbook.

Option One:

The preferred way to order a DVHS Yearbook is through the Jostens web page.  This web page allows for easy ordering of the Yearbook along with any desired personalization. Senior Ads can also be ordered online.  You can order your DVHS Yearbook online with a valid credit card by following the following steps:

  • Go to http://shop.jostens.com/yrbk.asp
  • Select the appropriate responses
    from the drop down windows:
    • K-12
    • United States
    • California
    • Davis
    • Da Vinci Charter Academy
    • Buy Yearbook

Option Two:

Please complete this form, staple your check payable  to Jostens to it, and return to the DVHS office.  In the memo section of your check please write the student’s full formal name.

Early Bird price from August 23, 2011 – September 02, 2011:                                    $45

Regular Sales price from September 03, 2011 – December 30, 2011:                      $55

Last Chance price from December 2, 2011 – January 27, 2012                                 $65

 

** Customized options will be available for an additional cost once the yearbook is in
production and may include personalization options, a clear cover, etc.

SENIOR PARENTS – GET YOUR SENIOR ADS NOW!

Senior Ad space is available now!  See one of last year’s yearbooks to get a few design ideas. If you order your Ad on-line Jostens will set up your Senior Ad for you. If you pay with a check, a yearbook student representative will contact you personally and help to set up your personalized senior ad.  Senior Ad form is included here Senior Ad pricing (Please make checks payable to JOSTENS)

Early Bird Senior Ad price from August 23, 2011 – September 16, 2011
$125/ full page & $ 75 / half page &  $ 45 / quarter page &  $ 25 / eighth page

Regular Sales Senior Ad price from September 17, 2011 – January 20, 2012
$200 / full page; $125/ half page;  $75 / quarter page;  $40 / eighth page

Also, the ad form return date is March 15th.
