Transcript Requests

Da Vinci Charter Academy does not charge for student transcripts. You must provide a stamped, addressed envelope for each Official Transcript (mailed directly to college or organization), or for any Unofficial Transcript mailed to you. No envelope is required if you plan to pick up your transcript in the Da Vinci Office. Please allow enough time for transcripts to be processed and mailed.

• Senior Mid-Year Transcript (includes 1st semester senior grades, sent after grades are entered into course history)
• Senior Final Transcript (sent after 2nd semester senior grades are entered into course history before July 1)

Senior Trip May 31- June 2, 2012
Da Vinci Seniors historically have taken a chaperoned trip to Southern California at the end of their senior year (Disneyland Grad Nite, Newport Beach, Day at the Park). Senior trip donations should be written to: Da Vinci Charter Academy Booster Club or just DV Booster Club. All donations are tax-deductible (and confidential) and should be sent to Marguerite Fleming in the Da Vinci office.
